There was not any messing around with numbers, we received all of the information about the vehicle, and Gerald was sure to follow up with us at all points of the transaction. When we had an engine light come on 12 hours after taking the car home, we called the dealership. They told us to bring it in right away, ensured we had transportation and offered a vehicle if we needed, and fixed it, we had it back before end of day. In the meantime, Gerald had called us, followed up with service, met us when we came to pick it up and then followed up again. Any used vehicle could have a problem occur, but we were well taken care of and we will be back for the next vehicle and we will be looking for Gerald! More

I met Salesman Lloyd on a Saturday. He is a fun, professional, honest man who made the purchase an easy and anxiety free experience. I bought the car on Monday And proceeded to go through Curtis for financing options. I felt that I was being treated as an individual who was about to give a lot of money to his business. I gave Curtis my budget and he was able to find me a warranty and protection package that fit for me. All and all a great experience! No regrets! More

Amazing customer service! This is my second experience with this dealership. I had put a request in to Robert Shon that if a 3 Series BMW with no more than 50km showed up, to This is my second experience with this dealership. I had put a request in to Robert Shon that if a 3 Series BMW with no more than 50km showed up, to please call me. I was in no hurry but within 2 weeks Robert called. The vehicle was perfect. Although it came back from refurbish with duck tape still on the bottom of the front bumper, Robert offered to pick the vehicle up to take it back to remove the tape remnants and then return the car to my home. Doesn't get any better than that. More
