DISHONEST AND CHEAP! My boyfriend was selling a 2011 subaru Impreza, it was online for 9500 when they contacted us saying they were interested. Were a busy family so he called and made sure they weren't going to lowball us and they said no, it would be a fair offer, they saw our ssking price and said it would not a waste of time so he drove across the city only to be offered $3000 by Tevin Joseph who was the one who said it wouldn't be a waste of time. Are you kidding me? So the manager tried to say it was only worth 5000, then he said it was actually worth 7000 so could only give us 5000 so tevin hugely low balled us and straight out lied. The manager offered $50 credit for the waste of time but that's no good as anything we do at honda is over $50 and they wont be getting my business. We sold the car the next day for $8250. Idiots. STAY AWAY especially if you're selling a car. Any other honda is a much better choice! More

Poor customer service Received some of the worst customer service of my life. Here is a summary of what went down. Found a used car I wanted, spoke to a salesman who told m Received some of the worst customer service of my life. Here is a summary of what went down. Found a used car I wanted, spoke to a salesman who told me to fill out a credit application. I did that right after talking to him. Over the next week I got emails from 4 different people asking if they could help, I told all of them I just wanted to know the timeline of my credit application. Only two actually responded to me and simply gave me a general guess without actually checking on mine specifically. After waiting a week I call them and find out that it didn't get sent in properly, someone was supposed to have emailed me a different one to fill out and never did. So they finally send it, I fill it out. Fast forward two days and I just want to check the car out because I was getting excited. It's no longer on the website. I call and find out they sold it to someone else because "we can only hold a vehicle if there's a deal being worked on", which I thought I had been very clear about buying this car. Offers to let me talk to the sales guy, he's busy, offers to let me talk to the used sales manager, he's busy. I leave the used sales manager a message and two days later, haven't heard from anybody at the dealership. Would not recommend, they definitely need to improve their service. More
