Any time I have had a problem, and I have had a couple of unexpected things happen lately, they have been so very helpful, kind and understanding. If there are options how to fix the problem, they will explain those clearly and give the price (if choice is an option). Each time the repair was done as quickly as possible- for which I'm VERY APPRECIATIVE and GRATEFUL.. The price was/is always fair. The car was ready for pick up when I was told it would be. Last but not least, for me it is so important and such a comfort to know I can come to the Service Dept. with whatever problem my car has, the problem wi ll be looked at and dealt with as quickly as possible. The price will be fair. The car will be ready when promised and life can go back to normal. That kind of service for me is precious . Obviously, I rely on my car a lot and don't like being without it. Colin's quiet, helpful manner is so reassuring when one is concerned. THANK YOU -you're a great team. Vera Crabbe More

Instant help I was concerned about a tire needing air. Went in to have someone check air pressure. Great experience purchasing a new CRV! I recently purchased a 2019 CRV from Honda West and had a wonderful experience. Everyone that I dealt with at the dealship was very helpful, friendly, and professional. The customer service was 10/10. I first went into Honda West in October to look at the 2018 CRV and Jake was super helpful. I decided to wait for the 2019s to arrive in January before I purchased. Between October and January Jake kept me updated on pricing and 2019 arrival dates. When I went back in January to purchase the CRV Jake helped me get a great price and made the entire process very easy. I dealt with Joubert in finance and he was great as well. When I went to pick up the CRV Darrin gave me a very thorough run through of the CRV and it’s features before leaving. I would recommend Honda West and Jake to everyone. I had a great experience with them and couldn’t be happier with my new CRV!! More
