I bought a pre-owned vehicle in July 2011 and they still will not fix the ongoing transmission issue. They promise to return calls on certain dates and never follow through. I am the one having to contact them after their failed promises. This is the worst experience I have ever had and will not deal with them after this situaton is rectified. Their website says, ".....you'll know our commitment to Customer Service is second to none. We strive to make your experience with Honda West a good one - for the life of your vehicle......" It really should say, ".....you'll know our commitment to Customer Service is.....none....". As a professional accountant, I am extremely disappointed that it has now been almost 8 months for them to rectify something that was under their 90 day guarantee. More

Honda West and in particular Mr. Cameron Kellner were on the top of my list. Cameron was an enthusiastic and sincere sales rep. His knowledge of Honda West products along with his professional and honest approach were the defining reasons for my purchase of a new CRV. Further to this Cameron took the time to go over all the details of the purchase and spent additional time explaining the workings of the new vehicle. He was patient and clear with answers to the many qustions I had. The entire process was an experience both my husband and I have not found in dealing with other dealerships.I will, most certainly, recommend Honda West and in particular Cameron Kellner to friends and neighbours who are looking at purchasing an automoble. Our newly purchased Honda CRV is the third new vehicle we have purchased from Honda West, all of which were sold to us by Darrin Hurst. Darrin has been great to deal with as he has been very accommodating, have purchased from Honda West, all of which were sold to us by Darrin Hurst. Darrin has been great to deal with as he has been very accommodating, but not too pushy. For our latest purchase he made a successful effort to find us the vehicle we really wanted and then arranged for us to get a good sales price for the vehicle as well as a good, fair trade in value for the old Honda it was replacing. We have continued to use Honda West for all our vehicle service work as we have found their work to be satisfactory and their treatment of customers efficient and friendly. More

Keith was a knowledgeable advisor who provided the right balance of support and information; always ready to respond to questions. Honda West's approach to sales and long-term relationships, their rewards program, the service bay meeting with new purchasers were all appreciated. I was also pleasantly surprised with Honda West's approach to selling winter tires, resulting in a purchase from them, rather then what I though would be noticeably more economical, though less convenient alternatives. The purchase of the car and of the winter tires has me confident that my car will be well cared for, with a mindset of service for value, and reduced inconvenience. More
We went to Honda West to see about a used vehicle for our daughters. After talking to the used salesman we ran into Darrin Hurst and he suggested leasing a new vehicle. We went over the monthly payments and discovered that our daughters could affort the monthly payments and would have a new and safe vehicle to drive. Darrin was very professional and friendly Through out the whole process. When we went to pick up the new vehicle, Darrin explained all the functions of the vehicle thoroughly and walk us around the service department. Our experience with Darrin and Marian was great and the girls are extremely happy with their purchase. More

The most impressive thing so far has been when we locked our keys in the van in Fernie, BC and Jim, Bernie and Bob worked so hard to help us out. They responded to our calls/emails immediately and were on the case as quickly as possible to ensure we got our van unlocked ASAP. I have 2 Hondas, one purchased at Honda West and have been servicing regularly, and satisfactorily, for 10 years. HOWEVER, recently I simply cannot get in for a regular service, oil change etc for weeks been servicing regularly, and satisfactorily, for 10 years. HOWEVER, recently I simply cannot get in for a regular service, oil change etc for weeks. Last time it was a two week wait, and I was going on a long trip before they could fit me in. So, just like in the Mr Lube Ads...thats where I go now for my regular scheduled service. It's a real pity when a loyal and frequent customer cannot get service within a reasonable time. I don't hold it against the service folks, it's a MANAGEMENT issue and needs to be dealt with at that level. p.s. I also notice you ask for ZIP code in the registration. I am Canadian and would appreciate the courtesy of a Canadian feedback form. More
