Bought a truck here last year and well working in Red Deer began to have truck problem a couple weeks ago. Brought it in for service and to investigate the problem and I mentioned that it seemed to be tr Deer began to have truck problem a couple weeks ago. Brought it in for service and to investigate the problem and I mentioned that it seemed to be transmission, tourque converter and starter. The vehicle was inspected and the mechanics recommendation was a new battery and battery cable, then it was good to drive no problems, other then some other quoted work mainly standard maintence work. The same problems and issues occurred when I picked up the truck and they said it was due to spark plugs and fuel injectors. Eventually had to tow it from Red Deer back home as I brought it to a trusted dealership and as I mentioned what I thought was a transmission and starter issue ended up being the case. I was very happy with the sales team when I bought this truck but I would avoid taking any vehicle for service at this dealership. More
