So I took the vehicle into an auto body dealership and they quoted me 7000.00 worth of damage to the truck box, that had been hidden under that heavy duty mat when I purchased the vehicle. I did have further conversation via text message with the Sales Manager and he offered no real resolution just going round and round in circles. No offer of any amount of money off of the purchase was given. I emailed upper management and not even a response to my email. They could not care less. Buyer Beware. My recommendation would be, do not buy from Wheaton Chevrolet Red Deer.

Hi, we offered multiple different resolution options, including allowing you to exchange the truck for no additional cost. You chose not to accept any of those. As you then requested an investigation by the provincial regulator, we were unable to continue speaking with you directly.
