Purchased a new CR-V from Westwind Honda over the holidays with the excellent help of Cris Laidlaw. The transaction actually started about a month or two earlier when I reached out to Cris online and he kept me up to date with videos and emails. Once we met at the dealership, Cris was on time, very professional and Knowledgeable and the deal was problem free. He was very helpful showing us all of the technology that comes with this Honda, most of which was very new to us. All staff were excellent and our trade in appraisal was very fair, better than expected and considerably better than we have received at other dealers in Lethbridge. A trade-in appraisal has never left us with a smile but Shane and Westwind Honda did. If we ever need another vehicle in the future, we will be seeing Cris, Westwind Honda and all the staff again. I recently purchased a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit from Westwind Honda. I saw the vehicle advertised on-line, and I emailed Westwind to enquire if the the vehicle was still available. Julieta Fuentes from Westwind Honda. I saw the vehicle advertised on-line, and I emailed Westwind to enquire if the the vehicle was still available. Julieta Fuentes reached out to me right away. I was from out of province and had never enquired about a vehicle online before. Julieta was terrific. She sent me videos of everything I requested. We did everything by phone and email. My wife and I made the purchase, we requested the vehicle be shipped to us. The whole thing was completed with zero stress.
