Here is the thing at Weston Ford, once you set in your foot at the door you will feel you are welcomed not because they think you will buy but they make you feel " yeah go do your own thing and feel at ho foot at the door you will feel you are welcomed not because they think you will buy but they make you feel " yeah go do your own thing and feel at home " kind of vibe. Shawn is the one who entertained me to all of my question and Charles assisted me on other paper works. The rest is history with a smile of my new Bronco Sports Outerbanks. Happy contented and fully satisfied!!! I definitely will endorse this ford location. Up to now my 5th day and they are at my inbox asking if I am ok and happy. Typically I am not one to share reviews, but my recent purchase experience with Weston Ford warrants it. After putting together a sale agreement, I was informed the day of the expected pick up, that the purchase experience with Weston Ford warrants it. After putting together a sale agreement, I was informed the day of the expected pick up, that the vehicle was not ready, and they did not even have an ownership for the vehicle. Aside from this issue, as a customer, I felt that every step of the way, management was presenting additional charges, that were outside the scope of a normal automative purchase transaction. While I appreciate COVID has presented challenges to many businesses, I think Weston Ford waivers on the line of fraudulantly infringing on consumer safeguards and protections, which I have reported to OMVIC. In the end, I did complete the purchase, as Ghada in sales did her best to right the wrongs of management. More
