Worst Experience From DAY one Tried to buy a mustang from this dealership. I gave them all details of my trade in for a quote. Received no quote nor any call backs as to why, after making several calls to the dealer I was completely ignored. A short time later I tried again for another unit that had arrived in there inventory, as my family and I service several vehicles there, I hoped the first time was maybe just a miscommunication. This time around I was offering a CASH offer and wanted a quote with no trade in. Once again no call back. Even after trying to contact the sales rep a couple of times still nothing. Went to another dealer and got the same car there for the price I wanted. Thanks Sheldon at Colony Ford!! Now Weston Ford has lost me as a customer, I guess with the change of management and constantly new employees + the reno it didn't help change much. Well with that said I will be servicing both mine and my families fords at another dealer :) Please save the hassle, find another ford dealer even if its an extra 10-15 even 20 minutes away take the drive to have a better experience and get treated better, totally regret not finding another dealership sooner. More
