Problem wasn't fixed but charged me $329 Went in to fix a noice coming out of my engine. Met with Jeff. Was told 2 tests had to be done. Compression test $240 and intake manifold $130. I le Went in to fix a noice coming out of my engine. Met with Jeff. Was told 2 tests had to be done. Compression test $240 and intake manifold $130. I left the car at the dealership. Mid day I received a call saying they cannot perform the compression test due to malfunction in theory tools. Therefore I won't be charged for the compression test. When I went to pick up the car, my invoice total was $292+ tax = 329.00 Their breakdown was- $203 for intake manifold test $69 for labour $20 for their computer system upgrade. To summarize they charged me $329.00. They could not fix the issue. Wants me to come back when the check engine light comes ON. Worst dealership experience. Do not recommend this place. I will be taking this case yo BBA as well. I understand they have to meet their quotas, but it's unacceptable to rip people off. More
