It was my first experience buying a car in Canada, moreover as a newcomer to Canada I even didn’t realize how this process works in North America. Initially, I came because I learned that the car we were looking for is there in stock. Our intention was to explore financing options, and the salesperson provided a bi-weekly payment estimate that seemed agreeable. We were interested in a detailed breakdown of the price and interest rate, but this information wasn't provided at the time. So I supposed that it would be disclosed after financing approval. Upon approval, I encountered confusion with the finance manager regarding warranty terms, which differed from the information available on the website and in the booklet. After investigating further, I discovered that the manager's understanding was flawed, and the actual warranty terms matched the online details. Despite this, we decided to proceed with the purchase. However, when I finally received the price breakdown, I was astonished to find that additional items had been sold to me, inflating the cost by almost $10,000 over the listed car price. I expressed my desire not to proceed with the purchase, but the dealership refused to refund my deposit. This was surprising and disappointing, as I had believed I could cancel the transaction before the final signature. At the time of deposit, I was not provided with crucial information, such as the full price, add-on prices, and interest rate, making it impossible to make an informed decision about the purchase. So, I ended up buying the car, hoping it's much better than the buying experience itself. However, I felt no satisfaction, instead, I felt coerced into the purchase through manipulating and unfair practices of not disclosing crucial information before taking my money. I will definitely keep away from this dealership next time, I'd rather go to another city or province, steering clear of these businessmen. More

Yesterday I made an appointment for a test drive. Our sales person was Sam. He had been rude to us, me, my wife and two sons, since we got into the dealership. I believe now that the sales person and the general manager, Aaron, did not like our Asian appearances and my wife’s attire. The first thing that he asked us if we were going to trade in our car. We said yes and he immediately started working on valuing the care even before having talked about the car we came to test and actually done the test. The salesman, Sam, told me this sentence that I have never heard of in my whole life a business centre: “Go, get your car key and your ownership certificate” in the rudest way possible. I asked the salesperson politely that “Can I have a different salesperson?” and explained that he had no right to treat a customer like that and asked for the general manager. I told the manager, Aaron, about what happened and to my complete surprise I was told by the manager that I needed to leave. I definitely submit a complaint with Police and Mitsubishi Canada. The only person that treated us well was the receptionist. More

Do not go to this location. I wish I read review before i went. Our sales person RONALD said that they don't have a car we wanted, but if we leave a deposit he'll call once it's arrived. We asked him 3 times if the deposit is refundable. He said YES. We paid 2000$. Otherwise we would not pay a penny. And we trusted before big companies like this. When we went back and ask about deposit back, General Sales Manager Laurentiu said we don't get anything despite we didn't sign any legal paperwork. Next day when we came again Ronald (salesperson) was hiding and we got same answer "NO MONEY BACK "from another Manager Aaron. So they didn't provide a car and didn't give my money back. I am honestly in shock. The way they treated people is DISGUSTING. More
This Dealership took advantage of our long wait for Outlander PHEV by; what we have since learned was overcharging by $5,000. We did ask to have hitch put on as part of price but they said they could Outlander PHEV by; what we have since learned was overcharging by $5,000. We did ask to have hitch put on as part of price but they said they could not do it and offered no alternative. (Cost us $$$ - both in overall vehicle price and then having hitch added without issue by another company). The summer tire had to be replaced after 4 weeks of city use as it was unrepairable after a nail puncture. But what was most embarrassing was to find out from tire shop that our $80;000 vehicle has the cheapest knock off tires available. Poor quality replacement tire to match the other 3 cost us $$$ but we can expect to be replacing all 4 tires sooner rather than later. We have owned the vehicle 5 months and the paint is chipped along the inside of driver door. There is 2 screws loose that likely cause the door to swing low. We went to dealership for warranty claim and they called a few days later to advise that claim was rejected because damage is deemed wear and tear. We went back to dealership and upon inspection, sales manager agreed to have it fixed and painted and set up appointment. We dropped off vehicle and rented a car as they don't have replacement vehicles. We got a call a few hours later and were told it was not being done. Service manager advised it was not under warranty and was wear and tear from pant legs. We still had to pay out of picket for rented car. We have owned 8 new cars and vans, and never have pant legs, or anything else, chipped paint off the inside of the door over years of use. So did this service manager sabatoge our claim by adding his predetermined assessment to the claim report or does Mitchibushi just make a cheap product they don't stand by? But bottom line, this dealership just doesn't want to advocate for its customers when problems arise cause it might cost them $$$. Either way, stay as far away from this dealership and perhaps Mitsubishi. We have had much better service and support from Honda and Toyota over the years. Got blinded by the Mitchibishi hype over the 2023 Outlander PHEV. More
