Typically frustrating new vehicle purchase experience Ryan appeared new to the job but made great efforts to be helpful and responded to our questions as best he could. He was a pleasure to deal with but as is typical with new vehicle sales processes he seemed to be very limited in his authority to actually come to a deal with us. He needed to go to his manager, Bill, who actually seemed to push Ryan aside and took over the negotiating from Ryan. Bill was a typical car salesman, avoiding and evading our questions by not providing direct answers to direct questions, trying to upsell us on trim levels rather than itemizing options we wanted, constantly running to his superior (name unknown) to get responses to our questions and counter offers to our offers. We were almost to the point of walking out when Bill's superior actually came out and took over the negotiations and eventually negotiated a deal with us that was satisfactory. Overall, this was not a very satisfying experience and was certainly not very pleasurable. We got the vehicle we wanted at the price we wanted, but the process wasn't much fun and what should be the thrill of new car ownership was certainly dampened as a result. We cannot in good conscience say that we would recommend this dealership, nor would we discourage anyone from going there. Buying a new vehicle should be fun, but we cannot say that such was our experience with this dealership. More
Professional and friendly sales, excellent prices.. I already knew which vehicle I wanted as I walked into the dealership. Sam Albanna had a brand new test vehicle ready, 2014 Lancer SE AWC. He came with us along for the test drive, answering all questions at length. When it was time to crunch some numbers, he was upfront and tried to get me the best deal. Sam was professional and friendly, and could answer any questions I had about the vehicle in detail. 5 stars well earned. Trade in time.... There is a big difference between a trade-in value and private sale amount. To my disbelief, and as promised by Sam over the phone, I received an excellent trade-in value. Let's say it was on the heels of a private sale. The manager, Bill Zahr approved this without me negotiating. Like Sam, Bill was professional, friendly and knows the vehicles well. Not being pushy, understanding what I was looking for, and giving a good deal gets them 5 stars. I look forward to buying my first-ever, brand new vehicle from them. More

Where he really stood out was after we agreed on numbers and model he went out of his way to find more rebates that might apply to me and save me even more money!! I bought my first vehicle from him and then later I had a write off he got the eight vehicle and everything in for me again for a replacement and discounted the vehicle beyond measures to match old prices since they didn't have some of the rebates anymore. Would recommend dealing with him to everyone. Doesn't hide anything, straightforward and very friendly. More
When I went to Southside Mitsubishi to see about trading in the vehicle that I had purchased through them. I did not like how I was not being listened to and being treated as if I were a "dumb female". When in the vehicle that I had purchased through them. When I left I was not liking the experience that I was given and was thinking that I would move away from the Mitsubishi name and try another dealer. After a few weeks of looking and researching other vehicles and comparing them with the RVR I decided to try and find the Brian Burke ( I dealt with him when I was working on getting my credit back and he was always upfront with me). Lo and behold I found that he was working at Westside Mitsubishi (looked up the website and saw his name). My mother and I took the chance that he would be there on the Saturday that we went in and he was. With a smile on his face (and ours) we were made to feel Welcome. I told Brian that I was glad to have found him and that I was looking at getting a RVR and if he could give us some information. Brian had Evan come over and show us the RVR and what changes had occurred with the vehicle since the first time I had looked at them back in 2011. Evan was really nice and took the time to show the vehicle and took us for a test drive, letting me see and feel the changes from the 2011 vehicle. When we got back to the dealership, we went inside and talked to Brian and he went over many of the details that were my needs in the vehicle and my wants; and as we worked on everything I was sent to see Maz about the financing. Long story short; I was able to get the vehicle that I wanted and when I came by to pick up my 2014 RVR Evan took the time to go over the remote start and the navigation system and that if I have any questions to give him a call and he will be there to assist me and get me the answers to my questions. I was also introduced to the Service Staff and explained that my first oil change was free. The experience and overall treatment from the Sales Team to the Service Department will keep me coming back to Westside Mitsubishi as the team treat you as if you are a part of the family and that you are number one to them. I will and have recommended to friends and co-workers that if they are considering a vehicle in the future that they should checkout Westside and their Sales Team. More
