Overcharged by 300%?... Wrong service? FACT: We visited #WestSideMitsubishi in Edmonton for vehicle service as opposed to going to North side as per our usual custom, this time for convenie FACT: We visited #WestSideMitsubishi in Edmonton for vehicle service as opposed to going to North side as per our usual custom, this time for convenience sake as your location is close to where we work. We needed to get the owner maintenance of 40K done on a 2014, RVR. Maintenance book shows oil change, filter, tire rotation. I told my wife (who took it in) to insist on the manufacturers 40K service. less than two hours later, she got charged $427 for an oil change! I called in, spoke to a "Melissa" in service. She tried to tell me "in Alberta we go by the "Severe Service schedule" and started listing everything that was done, which contradicted the owners manual for 40K service interval, definitely, not the service listed in the book. I was told there was "a supplement booklet" (which I've never seen nor has my wife). Melissa wasn't listening to me, so I asked for the manager. I explained the situation to John, I told him I called north-side Mitsubishi, and was quoted max $144 for the 40K service WITH tire rotation. He looked into it, called me back, and said there was an error in the code being used for the service. He said, "We got the service for the Mitsubishi EVO (lancer evolution high performance car) instead. He said hes sorry for the mistake, a brake system flush was apparently performed in addition to synthetic oil as per an EVOs requirements also. I asked how one can confuse a Lancer Evolution with that of a RVR for service? He stated that the guys have sheets on the wall of what to do for each service, and the page they followed was for 40K, just the wrong 40K!. He thanked me for bringing this to his attention and a refund was given....My wife was merely willing to just never go there again, and not do anything about the overcharge. She was so upset and felt "violated". GUYS...Take your girls car in for her...ALWAYS!. Make your mind up on what ACTUALLY happened here: Accident?, or....something else?... I just presented the FACTS. More
Worst experience! Just 2 weeks ago, I and my wife went to this dealership hoping that we could find a more safer car and indeed they have it. So we made an agreement and along the process I told them that we can only push through on the deal once we know our final figures and that it will be just with in our budget.They ask us a deposit of 1500 and ask me to initial under the non refundable statement. I was very hesitant to do it yet they were able to convince us since they gave us their word that they will refund it as we agreed upon (If we don't push through on the deal). (so we trusted them),anyway, after few days of searching for an insurance provider and knowing that our insurance payment is too high. Summing up all the numbers made us realized that we can't afford to continue on the deal due to the fact that it is beyond our budget, so we went back and told them. They showed and offered us few options but didn't agree to any of it.So we decided that we will just do it next year and told them that we will just take back our money.Now,the problem is they said they can not refund the money for the reason that they ordered the car already and plus I initial it there .non refundable.I said now this is the hard part,bacause in the first place we said, we have to see to it first if we can afford it or not then we will decide.we didn't made a statement that we will buy the car already. Anyway,after four days of going back and forth plus calls on the phone the general manager decided to give back my money but told me that I'm a lier and he doesn't want to see me in his dealership. Lesson learned,never trust them best of all don't go to this dealership. More

Don't waste your time! We purchased a nice used 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander from a different dealership two months ago, it was wrote off recently by a moose. We decided we wou We purchased a nice used 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander from a different dealership two months ago, it was wrote off recently by a moose. We decided we would go to an actual Mitsubishi dealership to get another one. With the vehicle being written off we were on a timeline, I only had a week to get another vehicle before my rental had to go back. This dealership completely wasted my time, for four days in a row we got the run-around with financing (we have never had an issue before purchasing two other vehicles in the last two years we were in and out with our vehicles in 3 hours max) We dealt with Brian, Mark, and Matt. Worst vehicle buying experience of my life. And then after wasting our time they tell us we aren't approved? For the same loan we just had two months ago! If you want a good experience and don't appreciate being given the run-around don't go here. More

I am very happy with work they did with the car and when there is something I don't like, they will fix it immediately to meet my expectation. Their service department has friendly staff and very approachable. Parts department is also very helpful and friendly, they give me all the information I asked for. So I can say they are very knowledgable! I am a vehicle technician from the CF, and I am very satisfy with their business and service. I highly recommend this dealership. More
