This Dealership took advantage of our long wait for Outlander PHEV by; what we have since learned was overcharging by $5,000. We did ask to have hitch put on as part of price but they said they could not do it and offered no alternative. (Cost us $$$ - both in overall vehicle price and then having hitch added without issue by another company). The summer tire had to be replaced after 4 weeks of city use as it was unrepairable after a nail puncture. But what was most embarrassing was to find out from tire shop that our $80;000 vehicle has the cheapest knock off tires available. Poor quality replacement tire to match the other 3 cost us $$$ but we can expect to be replacing all 4 tires sooner rather than later. We have owned the vehicle 5 months and the paint is chipped along the inside of driver door. There is 2 screws loose that likely cause the door to swing low. We went to dealership for warranty claim and they called a few days later to advise that claim was rejected because damage is deemed wear and tear. We went back to dealership and upon inspection, sales manager agreed to have it fixed and painted and set up appointment. We dropped off vehicle and rented a car as they don't have replacement vehicles. We got a call a few hours later and were told it was not being done. Service manager advised it was not under warranty and was wear and tear from pant legs. We still had to pay out of picket for rented car. We have owned 8 new cars and vans, and never have pant legs, or anything else, chipped paint off the inside of the door over years of use. So did this service manager sabatoge our claim by adding his predetermined assessment to the claim report or does Mitchibushi just make a cheap product they don't stand by? But bottom line, this dealership just doesn't want to advocate for its customers when problems arise cause it might cost them $$$. Either way, stay as far away from this dealership and perhaps Mitsubishi. We have had much better service and support from Honda and Toyota over the years. Got blinded by the Mitchibishi hype over the 2023 Outlander PHEV. More

$10,000 in Hidden fees when we were ready to sign. Marked up unrequested add-ons...walked away went to Competition chevy (Stony Plain) instead. Much better value for your money elsewhere. This dealership felt very 'slimy' and kept pushing us to go to West Ed Kia across the street as well, which it turns out they own. Will never go back and would not recommend either a Mitsubishi or this dealership! More
This is by far the worst dealership I have ever been to. I tried cancelling my warranty within the 30 days nobody called me back after I left two voicemails. They have promised me two years of free oil changes and now are telling me I need to pay for inspection and pay for this and that every single time I come in for an oil change which completely contradicts a free oil change. They are horrible and I would not recommend them. I am so mad for even buying a vehicle from these guys worst experience ever. More
So we purchased a vehicle from them a few years back and there were some issues with the vehicle we wanted our money back but they gave us a 1,000 credit today they wouldn’t honour it. I needed a part claim there were some issues with the vehicle we wanted our money back but they gave us a 1,000 credit today they wouldn’t honour it. I needed a part claiming it was a different owner I tried but they wouldn’t budge. Also I’m a tradesman when I was there I felt they were snobs kind of like high society. They looked at me as if to say what are you doing here. I would not deal with them. I went to another dealership Northside it was a breathe of fresh air. The atmosphere was like night and day I’ve dealt with them before they’re great everyone is a somebody not like West End Mitsubishi. Say away from them from what I’m reading mostly all bad reviews the odd good one More
We actually went to Mabuhay Motors, which was West Side Mitsubishi's sister company. Long story short, the salesperson, Harvey Robles, and the finance manager, Shauntel Ronan, tricked us into buying (we ne Mitsubishi's sister company. Long story short, the salesperson, Harvey Robles, and the finance manager, Shauntel Ronan, tricked us into buying (we never even thought of buying the vehicle, we were just looking). Second-hand vehicle, price went up to almost 40 grand, very high interest rate (~8%), almost all add-ons included, and no negotiations at all. It was our first time with this, so our mistake was not reading what we signed. Huge life lesson learned. Never trust dealerships so easily. They did not even explain to us in plain terms, or say that what was being signed was the purchase of the vehicle. What was understood and agreed on was that those papers were for pre-approval for financing. We did not even know much about the vehicle (did not receive a document that shows the inspection report or something and lists the vehicle's flaws), and we just started to see its flaws (major and minor ones). We spoke with managers, but they said they cannot do anything, but they actually can. They have the power to cancel the deal, but of course they would not do that. They want the money. More
Had a great experience overall! They accepted cash which apparently nobody does these days! I would definitely recommend my friends and family! They accepted cash which apparently nobody does these days! I would definitely recommend my friends and family! More

These guys hosed me so bad, my fault for not catching it but being a young single mom in a hard spot.. I did my best and learned some expensive lessons in seedy scammy sales. Love my mitsubishi though :) More
