"Fell through the cracks" That was what I was told when the Service Center fail to call me to let me know if the parts for my 2015 Pathfinder was in. I would think that after That was what I was told when the Service Center fail to call me to let me know if the parts for my 2015 Pathfinder was in. I would think that after purchasing a brand new vehicle that had small scratches that they would be more helpful in getting these issues fixed; however the service department not only ordered the wrong parts but they kept making excuses for not having the parts in on a timely basis. It took over 3 weeks for me to get the vehicle finally fixed and had to drop it off and pick up multiple times. To be fair they did have a loaner ready for me each time but it would not have been necessary had they done the job right the first time. More
