We were told that a) a car inspection had taken place, b) no issues came up, and c) detailing would be done before we picked the car up. None of this was done. They attributed "human error" for the mistakes. no issues came up, and c) detailing would be done before we picked the car up. None of this was done. They attributed "human error" for the mistakes. I understand businesses are operate by people, but then these people should do their best to fix what they screwed up. I was met with sarcasm, rudeness, and even speaking with the manager...incompetence. I had to get my father in there to actually get the results I wanted! I'm not sure if is because I'm female and young or because the men felt stupid for screwing up so badly, but I was very frustrated with their response. I will not recommend dealing with this company to anyone. In fact, I will recommend doing the opposite. All I wanted was something in writing saying they would do the detailing and inspection and cover any costs if something came up during the inspection: they refused to sign anything. After dealing first hand with the problems that arose from their verbal contracts and promises, this was not sufficient. Needless to say all my father had to do was show up and they started signing right away. What a sad society. More

I have purchased at least 11 new vehicals over the last 23 years and have never had such a positive experience. After a failed attempt to get contact via the Nissan website, I phoned to speak to a salesper 23 years and have never had such a positive experience. After a failed attempt to get contact via the Nissan website, I phoned to speak to a salesperson. Peter was very apologetic and put me in touch with Tony. When I arrived to test drive a new Titan, Tony had it ready for me and it was apparent that he wanted to do business. When I got back, he had the trade-in numbers and price all laid out (again, no games with the trade in - just a very fair price). The thing that I respected the most was that there were no manipulation games going on with trying to nickel and dime me later for GST and taxes and fees etc. The price quoted was all in and never changed. I kept looking for when they would hit me for additional extra charges and with the exception of the usual warrantee and vehical protection add ons - they never came. The sales manager - Jan - was also involved and quite attentive. He made sure that when I asked for a tonnoule cover and command start that I got very fair pricing. Freddy in finance was fantastic - making the paperwork quick and painless. I would encourage anybody to visit the dealership. I have never had a dealership experience that made me want to return for a second vehicle but based upon the product quality and the sales team - I will be back when I am ready to trade my next vehicle. Not impressed with service shop, we had it in for brakes in november 2010(32K) and doing them again in 15K. the first time we had to wait for 1.5 week for dealer to get the brake pads, something that i thin in november 2010(32K) and doing them again in 15K. the first time we had to wait for 1.5 week for dealer to get the brake pads, something that i think any dealer would carry, complained then and was told that GM would call and he still has not called, that was 11 months ago. Now we are doing another brake job on the back and maybe i am wrong and somebody can correct me but would you not expect them to wear out around the same time. I had a ford winstar that went to 130K and did not have any brake issues and did not pay that much for the van. I am not impressed with the working aspects of the Nissan, if I have to change brakes every 30K it does get expensive. If you think that this SUV was braking hard and burning up the street I would like to tell you that my wife drives this SUV very soft and babys the darn thing. We even had to replace the 20" tires which are not cheap at 32K and the dealer would not do anything for us. Just a bad taste from this dealer. More
