I bought a preowned 2018 Volkswagen Tiguan from West End Nissan late April of this year, and had a great experience. In the email he attached a YouTube link of a virtual walk through with the vehicle I was interested in. I was impressed at the quick response and his knowledge of the vehicle in the video (considering he’s a Nissan guy!) I got his phone number from his email and we texted back and forth about the vehicle and its price over the next few weeks (yes weeks!) Since this was my first time buying a vehicle that I had to finance, I was verrrrrry cautious. I was skeptical of the sales process, and I was adamant about sticking to my budget. He was respectful and patient with me throughout. I never felt pressured. He negotiated and reasoned with me respectfully (when I perhaps initially had some unrealistic demands and expectations) He really does his homework; he knows about the product he’s dealing with. He had even sent me information of other Tiguans in the province, to prove the value of the one he was selling. I had been looking at vehicles and contacting dealerships for a few weeks before I found this Tiguan and felt stressed out and overwhelmed. Jordan made my search my less stressful and actually enjoyable. He is honest, informative, personable and communicative. I was impressed by his confidence, enthusiasm and passion for what he does. I also appreciated his eagerness to help me, and to answer my questions. If he didn’t know the answer, he would go out of his way to find out. He kept me in the loop when the vehicle needed some minor repairs done at a VW dealership, and allowed me to take the vehicle for 24 hours to be certain I wanted to buy. I’m happy to have done business with Jordan and West End Nissan, and walked away with everything I wanted and needed to feel good about my purchase. Jason in finance was also a pleasure to work with, and helped me get a great price on a 3M package I wanted. I now have a German vehicle to match my two German dogs and I couldn’t be happier.
