Phoned to speak to the sales manager told them that I had a bank draft ready to go and the sales manager hung up on me apparently he is not in the business of selling cars or customer service do yourself a favour and buy a vehicle elsewhere. Both Jordan the salesperson and Shawn the sales manager wouldn't make a deal over $500 this just goes to show that these are not in the business of selling vehicles they're in the business of screwing customers More

The lease on our last vehicle was getting close to the end and we started looking for a new vehicle. Meanwhile Jordan contacted us to see if we are interested in getting a new lease on another Nissan vehicle. We had shortlisted Qashqai and Mazda CX 30 as our top choices. Jordan was extremely helpful in answering all our questions regarding Qashqai. Throughout his communication with us we never felt pressured into leasing the Qashqai. We finally decided that Qashqai S AWD is the right choice for us. Meanwhile I had obtained a quote from another Nissan dealership in Edmonton. We went to West End Nissan and met Jordan and he came across to us as friendly and very professional. We went to West End Nissan confident that they will be able to give us a better deal than the other dealership but felt disappointed when we were told that rather than getting a better deal, the dealership can not even match the other quote. We almost left the dealership but then decided to stay with West End Nissan simply because we valued the service provided to us by Jordan. We knew that although he has our interest in his mind, there is only so much he can do as far as the finance part of the deal is concerned. We are very happy that he fully justified our appraisal of his salesmanship. During the leasing process he guided us in a thoroughly professional manner. For anyone looking for a Nissan vehicle we will strongly recommend to get in touch with Jordan for a hassle free, friendly and professional experience. As far as the dealership goes, we didn’t rate it five stars as we gave a feed back to the General Manager regarding our disappointment in not getting a deal that even matched the other dealership but we never heard back from him. Kim had prepared the car for me to see and to test drive and she was as helpful and accommodating as ever. Kim was pleasant, listened carefully to our questions, and responded with knowledge and confidence. She executed a deal with us that was acceptable and we signed that day.
