Both my parents and I had an overall positive experience with the sales rep, sales manager and the finance manager on my first visit to the dealership. I was pleasantly surprised to be able to have everythi with the sales rep, sales manager and the finance manager on my first visit to the dealership. I was pleasantly surprised to be able to have everything completed in such a fast,efficient and friendly manner, from the initial review of the car on the showroom floor, test drive, negotiating the price and what options,packages, etc... to be included. This included taking time to explain,review and view the latter. I appreciated the honesty in recognizing that the front bumper had been damaged and putting in writing that it would be replaced with a new one.I very much look forward to seeing my new Elantra CLS when I go for pick-up of the vehicle in two short days. I did not evaluate the "Quality of Work", as it has not been completed in the service shop yet. I was greeted in a timely fashion by Alan who was extremely friendly but not pushy. I showed him the ad that had brought me to the dealership and he was quick to respond knowledgeably about it. Since I was not interested in a sun roof and they did not have one without it on the lot, he did a search and found a vehicle that I liked in another province. Waiting a few extra days was not a problem for me so we went ahead with the transaction. I met Matty who explained the financing. She was also very friendly and helpful. I was introduced to Aaron who assured me that everything that I needed would be looked into. Within 2 hours of returning home, Matty called me and confirmed that I was accepted for financing. Two days later, Alan called to tell me that my car was on its way. When the car was received in Edmonton, Alan called again and informed me that it would be ready for pick up in two days. Diane was extremely helpful in dealing with the insurance so that was handled quickly. I picked up my vehicle yesterday. Alan, again went over all of the features and answered any questions that I had. Diane met with me in her office where the final paper work was completed. I now have my new car and am very happy with it and with the excellent service that I received. The price of the vehicle was reasonable and the additional perks of free oil changes and 30 cents off per litre of gasoline until the end of the year are a plus.
