ABOUT MY OVERCHARGE ON MY LOANER!!!! I HAD MY CAR ENGINE HEATED LAST 2 WEEKS AGO AND THEY LET MY CAR TO STAY WITH THE DEALERSHIP AT WEST END HYUNDAI FOR A WEEK AND THEY SAID THEY WILL CHA I HAD MY CAR ENGINE HEATED LAST 2 WEEKS AGO AND THEY LET MY CAR TO STAY WITH THE DEALERSHIP AT WEST END HYUNDAI FOR A WEEK AND THEY SAID THEY WILL CHANGE FOR A NEW BLOWER. I ASKED FOR A LOANER AND THEY GIVE ME HERTZ FOR THAT. SO HERTZ TOOK ME FROM THEIR OFFICE AND GIVE ME A CAR LOANER FOR A WEEK. THE GUY IN THE HERTZ OFFICE SHOWED ME THE CAR AND EVERYTHING. HE HOLDS MY 200$ FOR THAT LOANER. AND WHEN I RETURNED MY CAR AND CHECK MY BALANCE AS OF TODAY I HAVE OVERCHARGED OF 84$ BECAUSE THEY SAID I DIDN’T FILL UP THE GAS!!! THE THING IS NO ONE INFORMED ME THAT WHEN I RETURN THE CAR EVEN IN HERTZ OFFICE OR IN HYUNDAI DEALERSHIP MUST FILL UP THE GAS OF THAT LOANER CAR!!! NO ONE INFORMED ME FOR THAT!!! 84$ IS NOT SMALL AMOUNT FOR A GAS FOR A CAR!!! ALWAYS I HAVE CHARGED AND PROBLEM IN THIS DEALERSHIP SINCE I BOUGHT A CAR FROM THEM!!! The engine seized, and wouldn't start, because of metal shavings in the cylinder My 2012 Sonata suffered a catastrophic engine failure on the highway. The engine seized, and wouldn't start, because of metal shavings in the cylinders. This was part of a recall that I had the car serviced for 2-3 years ago, so I thought everything should have been fine. It's been a week now since I dropped my car off at their dealership, and STILL I haven't been told when they will have a loaner car for me. I just keep getting the run-around "we're really busy" excuse. That's your problem to fix, not mine to put up with. Will definitely stay away from this dealership in the future, and possibly all Hyundais in general. More
