We took our 2009 Accent in this morning for a recall notice and got visiting with Allan Sugiyama. Allan answered all of our questions and discusseed the benefits of buying a new vehicle. We ended up purchasing a 2013 Tuscon and could not be happier with our deal and our salesman. This is the reason why we have given such a high rating. In our opinion Allan is knowledgable about Hyundai vehicles and is a very good salesman.This is our second experience with West Ed Hyundai and both times we were given a room so that we would not have to be driving late at night and we really appreciate that as it takes us 7 to 8 hours to get home. We started looking for a new car several months ago,..not certain what we even wanted. We have been to several dealers since then but have yet to decide on a vehicle. We ended up back at Hyundai yesterday afternoon as overall, we have been most impressed with the Hyundai Sante Fe and wanted to re-test drive. We met a different sales person this time that heightened the experience we had already had. Richard Lam greeted us at the door with a huge hello and an even bigger smile. He listened to what we wanted and was quick to show us what he felt would be the best choice for us. Not only was he friendly but he was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about his product. We learned more things about the Sante Fe safety features, driving features and overall much more about the car than on our first visit. He is very pleasant to deal with and works very hard to earn your business. The only reason we did not purchase that particular day is we are not quite financially ready but we will tell you, that as soon as we are, we will return to West End Hyundai, purchase the Sante Fe and purchase it through Richard Lam.
