We dropped by West Coast dealership in Pitt Meadows at the beginning of March and met our sales associate Charlie. He kept us up to date during the entire process and was very professional , knowledgeable the beginning of March and met our sales associate Charlie. Had booked a service online for March 6th, service department called me back and said appointment not available, can you come March 2nd. When I arrived March 2nd there was no booking for the 2nd but r department called me back and said appointment not available, can you come March 2nd. I drove 45 mins for nothing and service department had no comment, could not accommodate, like I was the one that was confused. I understand people make mistakes, service department could have at least acknowledged and offered something to earn my future business. Will not go back there for service. More
