I recently purchased my new Kia Seltos from West Coast Kia and I have to say it was a pleasant experience from the moment I stepped in until I drove off with my new car about 3 hours later. The salesman, Ray Yoo, was very respectful of my time. He took the time to show me the functions of the car and explained the software to ensure that I could enjoy my car to the fullest. He was friendly, professional, and not pushy at all. Lidia at the finance department was also super helpful. I had a bad experience at another local dealership where my time was wasted, and the staff were pushy and aggressive, so the difference was really clear.
