We just purchased a KIA Telluride at West Coast KIA in Pitt Meadows. It’s been a wonderful experience! We first met Callum, and then his manager, Rocko. We even enjoyed our small talk with both Callum and Rocko. Most of our experiences with other car salesmen were unpleasant so we really appreciate their smooth approach. Anyone in the market for A new or used car, must definitely visit this dealership! This was my first time buying a brand new car and being an older female and doing it on my own I was very nervou definitely visit this dealership! I visited several of other dealers but when I came to West Coast Kia I knew this was the place I wanted to buy a car. I met with Callum and he was wonderful!! No pressure sales at all!! He was happy to answer all my questions and even encouraged me to shop around!! He has full confidence in their products and knew I would be back!! I was back about a week later with my decision. Callum was more than happy to help me Find the exact car I wanted And although the dealership didn’t have the model and colour that I wanted in stock he went far above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted! I can’t say enough good things about him and I can’t recommend him enough!… I picked up my new car today and he was so kind and sat out there with me explaining all the bells and whistle’s to this not so tech savvy lady. This was my first time purchasing a new car from a dealership, a 2020 Kia Sedona. They actually made getting a new car fun. I didn't feel like I was being pressured. I'm very happy with the experience and I will certainly consider purchasing from them again in the future.
