I had the pleasure of dealing with Deborah, she was helpful, patient and very professional. I had a specific lease requirement, and given the supply chain challenges reached out to ten local dealers in helpful, patient and very professional. I had a specific lease requirement, and given the supply chain challenges reached out to ten local dealers in the Lower Mainland. Deborah and Daniel (Sales Manager) located the right vehicle quickly and provided competitive out of the door pricing with no hidden or exorbitant fees. Deborah shared her knowledge regarding the new vehicle and Daniel walked me through the process required to complete the sale. I didn’t feel any pressure from anyone and the staff provided some valuable information (i.e. manufacturing incentives, loyalty rate reduction programs and lease protection packages). Every staff member I dealt with was personable, professional and helpful. Our experience with the financing and insurance departments was also great. Overall, very smooth and efficient process. Everyone we encountered at West Coast Kia was sincere, knowledgeable, and friendly. We had a bad experience at another Kia dealership which brought us to West Coast Kia and Troy Plexman. Troy spent a lot knowledgeable, and friendly. We had a bad experience at another Kia dealership which brought us to West Coast Kia and Troy Plexman. Troy spent a lot of time going over the vehicle that we wanted and laid out a fair assessment of the car against our needs. Troy was honest and direct, and made us feel comfortable and not at all pressured for a sale. When it came time to talk numbers, there was no game, no weird tactics (like other dealerships often do), just a straightforward conversation that gave us a lot of confidence that we picked the right place to purchase our next car. Troy even looked into our trade-in leased vehicle (from a different dealership) and gave us a detailed financial breakdown, which was something that other dealerships never bothered with. We signed the papers the same day and picked up the car off the lot the next. After care has been stellar as well; Troy has been available to answer our odd questions and requests over texts. He is incredibly helpful and affable and assured us that we can reach out whenever needed. Purchasing a car from West Coast Kia has been an amazingly pleasant experience that surpassed our expectations. More
