My wife & I have been buying Chrysler Products from Wellington Motors for something in excess of 35 years. He has seen to it to provide us with the very best care & concern for our automotive needs and has ALWAYS seen that we received same. He is well informed of all the products carried at Wellington Motors and has always done a superb job of outlining the qualities to our conjoined satisfaction. Our most recent purchase was a 2011 Jeep Compass & we bought it & took delivery in 1.5 days - start of looking to driving it off the lot. One would have to travel far & wide to get this kind of personal service anywhere else. Why have we been buying our cars from Ted Woods & his staff for so many years? Because we are extremely satisfied with Ted & his staff such as Dom Pike. In short - Dom Pike knows his stuff & that is why we continue to buy Chrysler products from him at Wellington Motors. Having worked in sales, I do not appreciate the sales shtick. Having worked in a technologically progressive field, I do appreciate knowledge of technology and finite details of a potential purchase. Dom is a salesman that does not come across as such. He does not get my back up and has yet to apply pressure in a sales scenario. We have bought from Dom on multiple occasions and would only go elsewhere if Wellington could not get us what we needed. Dom Pike is well versed, he knows all one should know about the vehicles he sells without getting too familiar with the family bus and he is not afraid to show the good with the bad. Buying from Dom Pike is an honest and educational consumer experience. I would recommend anyone to meet with him even if only in the gathering information stage. It feels good to do business with Dom Pike and Wellington Motors. He actually works for the client and finds you the car you desire. As for trading in vehicles, again a positive experience. Karen is a great sales person. She knows her product and obviously loves her job.
