The MKZ is a real pleasure to drive and provides a nice contrast in ride and performance between my existing 2011 MKX and this sporty yet luxurious sedan. They "service" your vehicle, but nothing gets done. Have dealt with a few dealerships in my time owning a ford, and this one is beyond the worst. They routinely underestimate how long a servicing will Have dealt with a few dealerships in my time owning a ford, and this one is beyond the worst. They routinely underestimate how long a servicing will take (1hr will become 2 quite easily) and do not do the work they've been contracted to do. A week after going in for the scheduled servicing on my maintenance package, I discovered that the air filter and air intake were never cleaned (standard under most service agreements). There was so much debris inside there, that the difference in acceleration and fuel consumption was insane. I went back to the dealership to address this issue and find out what else was skipped during the latest servicing, and no responsibility was taken by the dealership. Tried to address this with Ford, since they are paying the dealership for the servicing, but they couldn't be bothered. Will never take my vehicle back to Pitman Ford, and most likely will never buy a ford again. Worst. Dealership. EVER More

As my first personal experience purchasing a vehicle at an actual dealership, I must say the Wayne Pitman Ford has made a believer out of me. I have always been sceptical of big dealerships and as such, ha an actual dealership, I must say the Wayne Pitman Ford has made a believer out of me. This scepticism I see now has been misplaced, or maybe it was just the ease, speed and extremely friendly service I received from this particular dealership. I recently bought a car at Wayne Pitman Ford Lincoln from BJ Hollinger. I must say it was the best car buying experience I have ever had.
