Immediately after purchasing the car there were problems with the brakes, she didn’t want any more headache with cars so we just dealt with it without complaining to the dealership. When the cancer spread to her brain she lost her licence, she contacted the salesman she bought the car from and he promised told her they would buy the car back, she was just trying to make it easier for us kids to deal with her estate. The salesman ghosted her after telling her they would come pick up the car. Now she has passed, I tried to get a safety on the car and it turns out that both rockers are rotted out, it needs a ball joint and all 4 brakes need to be replaced. My mom drove the car for less than 3 months, all these issues must have existed before now. It truly sickens me the way that this dealership treated my mother in the last days of her life, she trusted them and they just tried to offload an unwanted car, while charging her too much for it. Do not trust this dealership, they will literally sell a car with problems for above market price to a dying old woman. More

Sales experience was flawless. Service department are not helpful or educated on the issues brought to them. Couldn't move the digital speedo to the center of the dash. Follow up with me to let me know they need it longer 4. Send a free Uber to get me 5. And the bill is - wait for it - exactly what they estimated it would be when I booked the appointment instead of an extra mystery zero. 6. Finally, they did it with a smile and acted like me being a customer mattered to them instead of me being an inconvenience. Before this my Ford experience had been so bad and now, the service folks at Wayne Pitman Ford have given me hope! More
Terrible customer service , inconsiderate employees. Certainly wouldn't recommend getting service there. I'm under warranty or ld go somewhere else. Don't call they don't answer or get back to you. Drove 40 minutes to find out they had no courtesy car there for me......I called 3 times prior to my appointment to confirm the courtesy car and no one got back to me. Like I said inconsiderate. I had the vehicle checked over with my own mechanic who agreed the vehic Pittman and was very pleased with the way I was treated by Josh and Julian. I had the vehicle checked over with my own mechanic who agreed the vehicle was in great condition and any repairs done by Wayne Pittman were done to complete satisfaction before delivery to me. Alisha was wonderful. She and her coworker both new my name, were welcoming and friendly. Service was completed within time frame quoted.
