I am very happy with the service received to replace my 5-year old battery which died on a Saturday. I had the car towed to the dealership just before closing the same day, and was subsequently contacted b 5-year old battery which died on a Saturday. I had the car towed to the dealership just before closing the same day, and was subsequently contacted by the service department early Monday morning. The problem was diagnosed and the battery replaced before noon the same day at almost exactly the same cost (within a dollar) as initially estimated. The shuttle service was also excellent. More

I had a very disappointing experience at Waterloo Honda. Took my Odyssey in for a service and to fix a rear entertainment issue. Additionally, they showed clear bias because I purchased my vehicle from another dealership. Overall, the service was inefficient and overpriced. I won't be returning to this dealership. More
