He was attentive to my needs and answered all my questions with great detail. Natasha in finance was exceptional as well. She made the financial aspects clear and understandable, providing me with various options that suited my budget. The customer service at Waterloo Honda was top-notch. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and valued. The team was professional, the dealership was well-maintained, and the entire car buying process was smooth and hassle-free. I brought my car in for a lot of things, needed stabilizers replaced, spark plugs, brakes etc. left the car there for a week as I was out of province. Got the car back trashed, think they may ha stabilizers replaced, spark plugs, brakes etc. left the car there for a week as I was out of province. Got the car back trashed, think they may have left it unlocked, lost my work boots. Claimed the car was brought in like that. They gave me a free detailing in exchange but I was busy that week and needed the car. They said to call back when I had time. About 3 weeks later, called back and scheduled the detailing, no one could find the information on this free detailing. Finally got a call back from the manager, she said she would work out a time for me and call back. I also expressed I would like new winter tires at the same time. Gave my credit card info and order in for the tires. I didn’t hear back for nearly two weeks, I had to call in. All of a sudden they had everyday open in the week for me to get the car detailed and the tires swapped. Booked the service for a week later. Dropped the car off the night before, they did the detailing but found out late afternoon that the tires were missing, told me someone else “accidentally” picked them up. Called back 20 mins later, found out that was a lie, they actually just didn’t order them. Had to wait another day for my tires to be put on. Finally the car is working but I’m not really impressed by the customer service. Car works great though. More

Vince was good to deal with and helped us with good negotiations, we ended up in something totally different than we originally thought, but we are super happy.
