Cars have changed a lot in 18 years and Kim was great at explaining these new items offering her help in my journey with this process. Thanks Kim for everything. Most horrible customer service ever received my lifetime. Waterloo honda should be careful of there two sales managers Brian & Kunal. I was very serious in making my deal with my initial sales person but seriously dropped my plan on Honda touring after experiencing these idiots. Customers are not your slaves rather they own you and they run you.. you cannot force them.. Never thought I have to deal with idiots like these specially in honda dealership. Would recomend people to be careful before visiting this place .. specially stay away from these mad guys even if you are mistakenly happen to be there. More

Purchased a car last January from them and experienced terrible service. Unfortunately an accident wrote off this vehicle and I needed to purchase a new one again. I purchased replacement warranty when I terrible service. Unfortunately an accident wrote off this vehicle and I needed to purchase a new one again. I purchased replacement warranty when I bought the first car, which I am claiming now to buy the next vehicle. While I await the final amount from this warranty, I put a deposit on a vehicle from Honda. It’s now been over a month waiting for an amount from the warranty and I have the Honda staff harassing me to purchase the vehicle I put the deposit on because someone else is interested in it. This isn’t how a deposit works, you shouldn’t be showing anyone new the car knowing someone else is going to purchase it. You also shouldn’t be harassing me to come purchase it when you can’t get me an amount from warranty. They also didn’t mention when originally purchasing this warranty that I could ONLY use it at Waterloo Honda. I wouldn’t have purchased knowing this because of how horrendous their service is. More
