My girlfriend and I recently decided to take the plunge and purchase a new vehicle together this winter and decided on a Volvo due to the outstanding safety aspect and added luxury options associated to th and purchase a new vehicle together this winter and decided on a Volvo due to the outstanding safety aspect and added luxury options associated to the XC60. We came to the Volvo brand knowing that we were going to get a good vehicle having done our research first before, but what we were not expecting was the service that we received from Sandro Mati throughout the entire process. I have never had someone go so far out of their way to accommodate so much for me in a purchase. Every question asked was replied to in a timely manner, the negotiations were extremely easy and we were treated in a fashion I simply cannot even begin to be thankful for. After our deal was inked the tragic flooding happened which blocked our route to the dealership from our home in the Okanagan. We were concerned that we would see our trade appraisal reduced due to 2 additional months of km's and wear and tear or that there would be a requirement to pick up within a certain time frame. We were simply assured all would be taken care of for us and not to worry about a thing and that Volvo has nothing but the safety and well-being of its customers in its best interests and as soon as it was safe to travel the highways for pickup that our vehicle would be there waiting. 2 months later we arrived and were greeted by Gilles Fortin who was assigned our delivery. In the same fashion as Sandro Mati, Gilles made everything easy and despite covid, despite never having met us we were walked through everything and it was quite simply the easiest process imaginable. I will forever promote this location for anyone interested in Volvo and couldn't be happier. Thank you so much everyone ! More

Wasting of my time to have two time visits. The dealer was not professional and pushed to sign the deal. Very unsatisfied. First time I was there on time, but the dealer was busy. Second time I was there was not professional and pushed to sign the deal. Very unsatisfied. First time I was there on time, but the dealer was busy. Second time I was there on time, but waited another 30minutes. And when we hesitated to make a decision. The dealer said “ are you here for having a fun?” This word made us to turn around. I will never come back to deal with this dealer. He was emotional and not professional. More
