At the dealership we had the pleasure of meeting Naomi, who accompanied us on several test drives. The entire time Naomi was professional, friendly and attentive. She answered our questions, gave us more details about the vehicle and more importantly never pressured us make a purchase. Naomi's main concern was that we found a vehicle that we liked and that suited our life style and our budget. In the future, my wife and I would certainly consider returning to the Volvo of Toronto dealership and working with Naomi again. More

Service and a test drive I had to points of contact with this dealership. One with service - where I took my father in law's 2004 Volvo in and the second with sales, where I I had to points of contact with this dealership. One with service - where I took my father in law's 2004 Volvo in and the second with sales, where I was looking at a few different options for possible purchase. Both experiences were excellent - but for this review, I will focus on sales. Naomi has been excellent every step of the way. I cold called the dealership and she happened to answer on behalf of the receptionist. Naomi arranged for an early morning test drive at 8am to suit my schedule, even though they don't really open in sales until 9am. She was very easy and quick to communicate with on the phone and email. Nothing I asked was too much trouble. She is professional, informed and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend working with Naomi. More
