Two weeks ago, I started looking to purchase a vehicle and met with a salesperson on a Wednesday. The car looked great, we were told it had no damage, was safetied, and was ready to go, so we left a deposit with the plan to pick it up the next day. The next morning, I was suddenly told there was a hail claim on the vehicle and that it actually wasn’t even safetied. Because of this, I asked for my deposit back as there was no reason to hold a vehicle that shouldn’t have been on the market in the first place. From that point on, the sales and finance staff became extremely passive-aggressive. They kept pressuring me to return the deposit, saying they’d “sell it to someone else,” even though the car still hadn’t been assessed. They claimed they’d “pull some strings” and have it ready by Friday. When Friday came, they didn’t contact me at all. When I reached out, they said they assumed I no longer wanted the car because I took back the deposit, even though I had clearly explained it was only because the vehicle wasn’t safetied. They promised updates and said the car would be ready Monday. Monday arrived, and again they brought up the deposit. They also told me other vehicles were now a priority over mine because I requested my money back. When I asked why I still hadn’t received my refund six days later, they became defensive and only showed a debit machine slip, which does not prove a refund was processed. The entire week went by with no real updates and a lot of being brushed off. They insisted it wasn’t their responsibility to expedite the assessment. Another weekend passed with complete silence. I couldn’t get through to financing, and they still provided no proof my refund was ever processed. When I finally reached someone at 7:30 pm, the woman I spoke with was extremely unprofessional. Zero customer service, no attempt to understand the situation, and a hostile attitude from the start. When I outlined everything that had happened, she responded by threatening to “share” my message instead of addressing the actual issues. Absolutely ugly inside and out. This dealership has been dishonest, dismissive, and incredibly unprofessional throughout the entire process. We were respectful from day one, but it became obvious they were trying to take advantage of us. You would think after all the xxxx they put us through, they’d at least have some compassion. I recently visited this dealership to look at a Jetta and spoke with Sharal. The whole process took over 2 hours, and I felt extremely pressured throughout. I told her I needed some time to think and would confirm the next day, but she wouldn’t let me leave without reserving the car. She insisted it was the last one and pushed me to pay a reservation fee, assuring me it was refundable. Even though I said I would pay the next day after speaking to the finance manager, she kept insisting I pay immediately. Eventually, I reserved the car under pressure. Later, I found a better deal elsewhere and informed them I wouldn’t proceed — now they refuse to return the reservation fee. Sharal came off as desperate to make a sale, and when I asked about the refund, she casually said, “We sell 100 cars a month,” like my business didn’t matter. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience. Be cautious before you hand over any money. More
They put on a friendly front, but there's zero honesty here. I'm no mechanic, yet I managed to fix something they claimed they couldn't. With my experience was not good because I bought car from them has the safety, but after 1 week car has problems I want back to them they told me I have to change all the stuff in the break and I changed but them has the safety, but after 1 week car has problems I want back to them they told me I have to change all the stuff in the break and I changed but the car still has problem.I tried to call the service department, but every time they told me nothing wrong with it. I want to another mechanic just for diagnosis , and the found a lot of problems in the brake. More
