To be truthful I was pretty l Because of the VW emissions scandal we sadly traded in my 2013 Golf Highline (Which I truly loved) for a new 2015 Golf ! To be truthful I was pretty leary about a 2015 that had been sitting for 2 years, but the transition went pretty smoothly, thanks to some great sales people. Rob Vagac ( who was on vacation when we did the exchange ), Mike Raab ( who stepped in and made sure all went smoothly!), Shawn Hagen who handled the finance and extended warranty part. It's been almost a week and so far I am loving my new Golf. Just getting used to the different buttons and settings. Highly recommend Waterloo VW and their wonderful , professional sales team! More

I email initially to see if they would have what I was interested in and Mike responded very promptly. From the very beginning he was not pushy but rather helpful and supportive. He answered all my questions and made sure to do everything possible to keep the car I wanted in my budget. Unfortunately the car has had a couple small issues that I have had to get fixed through the service department and Mike has been involved, making sure everything is done for me in a timely manner and at no cost. I would highly recommend Mike and many others at Waterloo Volkswagen (Brooklyn in the service department is amazing as well!). More
