Horrendous The manager Darren is a liar and once a sale is made he will screw you over left and right when the vehicle proves to be nothing but problems. Bought The manager Darren is a liar and once a sale is made he will screw you over left and right when the vehicle proves to be nothing but problems. Bought a lemon and was treated terribly by Darren and everyone in service as well. They couldn't find the cause of problems or fix anything and also lied about services performed on the vehicle. Found this out when I later asked for records to submit to the Canadian arbitration for motor vehicles board. Was being told they were doing oil changes but they were actually just draining out the excess oil. They will also use your vehicle for personal use so beware of that. Do not go there at all costs. They all treat you like garbage and do nothing but lie and take your money. After my experience I've learned to avoid all Ford vehicles, however Viren Ford is by far the worst dealership that I have dealt with out of four in the near and not so near area. Don't bother with trying to save fuel and just go elsewhere. It'll be worth it in the long run. More
