They are Scammers, on the day of pick my car up they force me to pay $500.00 to get the car or they would not release it Worst Nissan Dealership ever. They are Scammers, on the day of pick my car up they force me to pay $500.00 to get the car or they would not release it. After 5 year lease is done I wanted to buyout my car and out in the blue this dealership calls me and tells me that i have to pay $320 for late payment fee and was told there's no paper work. While all car payments was dealt with Nissan Canada in Mississauga, I end up calling Nissan Canada and was told Nissan Canada will debt from my account if its a late payment. Once I Finance the vehicle its all between me and Nissan Canada and the dealership shouldn't have anything to dealt with. I just want to warn everyone who is looking towards a Nissan do not buy from Village Nissan. 1 More

It was not perfect throughout our entire purchase but he went above and beyond to make sure the experience was as positive as possible for us. We had some minor problems along the way but was quickly and efficiently resolved as they went out there way to find a solution that met our needs. He also followed up to be sure we felt it was fair and that we were happy with the solution. We never felt pressured and had plenty of time to be sure it was the right purchase for us and we are so happy with our new murano. From the big boss - Darren with his great sales staff right through to the service department, it was an overall positive experience for us. More

Go asking for Lance, an honest guy. They also has an excellent service advisor - Kasim, whom I believe is their star employee. For two and half years, I have been complete satisfied with his service. He speaks several languages, always tells you the truth and finds ways to help you save money. More
