It was not perfect throughout our entire purchase but he went above and beyond to make sure the experience was as positive as possible for us. We had some minor problems along the way but was quickly and efficiently resolved as they went out there way to find a solution that met our needs. He also followed up to be sure we felt it was fair and that we were happy with the solution. We never felt pressured and had plenty of time to be sure it was the right purchase for us and we are so happy with our new murano. From the big boss - Darren with his great sales staff right through to the service department, it was an overall positive experience for us. More

Go asking for Lance, an honest guy. They also has an excellent service advisor - Kasim, whom I believe is their star employee. For two and half years, I have been complete satisfied with his service. He speaks several languages, always tells you the truth and finds ways to help you save money. More

After about 3 months of purchase I discovered paint chipping from my front bumper. I took it to a body shop and on inspecting the car the body shop said that the car was in an accident and that the bumper was not the original one and also showed me damages on bonnet which was repaired. Consider this, no accident showed up on the car proof when I purchased it while this car seems to have be in an accident due to which body work was done on the bonnet and the bumper. BTW this car was a certified pre owned. I would advise anyone who buys a used car from here to get the car inspected by an independent mechanic. Original Post -------------------- I purchased a Nissan Rouge 2014 from this dealer. Along with the purchase of the car, I also bought disability insurance to protect the financed amount. Just after signing the contract I requested the dealer that I changed my mind about the purchase of the insurance, the dealer informed me I cannot cancel the insurance. The terms and conditions of the contract state otherwise. The finance person was Steve Celap. When you deal with this person, don't trust him read the contract terms carefully. I was not happy with the purchase of the car because, it has some minor problems and one problem that seemed major but I could not reproduce it. The minor problems were that the mats that were there in the car when I saw it before the purchase were disappeared. When I asked them they said you know with used cars we don't know exactly what is there. With the purchase I also got my glasses tinted. However, they did a sloppy job and the windows were tinted properly but the side panel on the passenger door was not properly fixed. I went there once, they tried to fix it but it is still not perfect. Additionally, I found that when I brought the vehicle home the first day these were scratches and damage in the trunk of the car which they declined to fix. The more serious problem is that sometimes when I turn the steering wheel, I feel a pushing sensation beneath my feet on the driver side and there is clunking sound. This only happens sometimes. I took the vehicle to the dealership and they said there is nothing wrong with it. Unhappy with the sale, I decided that I will try to upgrade my vehicle to a newer model 2016 if they agreed to cancel the sale. They obviously would not cancel the sale. I spoke to their manager Mac Shen. He wanted to me to trade in the vehicle and he was working out a payment that made it seem as if I would loose only a couple of thousand dollars but in fact I would loose close to $4000.00. He is very conniving. Don't deal with this person. If you do make sure you read everything carefully and see all the buckets where he puts the money into. If you are not careful he will easily strip you of your money. For example, in my case he would give me a tradein value of my car of $22,000 but would put $2,000 extra into the purchase of my new car and would say I am giving you only $2000 less than what you purchased for and it seems like a fair deal when in fact, he was taking extra $2000.00 by putting in the price of the new car purchase which was $4000.00. I will never buy a car from this dealership again. More
Be careful when buying a used car at this dealership I bought a 2009 Nissan Sentra SE-R from this dealership in January 2014. It had low mileage and was a reasonable price. I decided to test drive it an I bought a 2009 Nissan Sentra SE-R from this dealership in January 2014. It had low mileage and was a reasonable price. I decided to test drive it and i heard some noise in the rear of the vehicle like as if something towards the rear of the car was loose. At that time, i did not have much experience buying a vehicle so i brought up the noise to the salesperson with me in the car and he said he didn't hear anything. After the test drive, i proceeded to check the trunk area and everything seemed fine to me. So i went inside and i asked to see the carproof and it came out clean - the sales manager and the sales person both assured me that the car was accident free. I was suspicious as to why it was being sold as a used vehicle and not a certified pre-owned vehicle since it seemed to be in great condition - but i decided that i was probably overthinking things. Fast forward 20 months and the noise in the trunk has gone from mild, to bad to worse. I have had this car checked with 2 body shops since and they both confirmed that this car definitely had been in an accident and was not properly fixed. There is also obvious uneven gap on either side of the trunk which i did not notice since i was only able to visit the dealership in the evenings and frankly was not very savvy at buying cars at the time. To sum things up - I am absolutely convinced the dealership knew that this was not an accident free vehicle, i was able to tell within 6 months and i was untrained. Not all accidents show up on the Carproof as not all of them are reported and go through insurance. Make sure you thoroughly check ANY used vehicle you purchase from this dealership. If you don't have experience with cars, bring someone who does and take it to a mechanic before you buy. and ABSOLUTELY check the car in the day light as its easier to notice inconsistencies. Do NOT depend on the Carproof. I never went back to this dealership to talk to them about this issue because i knew they would plead ignorance and tell me they had no reason to suspect the Carproof. Be smart, learn from my mistake. More
