Service team will try to scam you!!!!!! Brought my car in for check up because it was getting vibrations when going over 120kph on the highway. I thought it might just been the wheels since Brought my car in for check up because it was getting vibrations when going over 120kph on the highway. I thought it might just been the wheels since I just changed to my winter tires, but they told me my rear propeller shaft joint is seized so it causing the back wheel to go off balance, so I need to change the shaft to a new one. It will cost me $1500 to change it. To my knowledge, the propeller shaft usually still running strong even after 100k+ clicks, and my car was under 70k clicks still. I didn't want to proceed with changing the propeller shaft, so then they told me all 4 of my wheels are off balance and needs to be balanced. I went ahead with the wheel balancing. Once its done they told me the back it still going to vibrate since the shaft is not changed. So I tested on the highway again and indeed my car still vibrates at high speed. I decided to bring my car to a private auto mechanic and he told me that the Nissan dealership mechanic might just be lying to me, and suggested me to just re-balance my wheels again. AND.............. IT FIXED THE PROBLEM. For $50 this guy fixed my car problem. At the dealership they charged me $120 for checked + $99 for wheels balance +HST, and yet they didn't fix it. It just means that they didn't even balance my wheels when they charge me for it already. These xxxxxxxx will pull out nasty trick from their sleeves just to make you spend unnecessary money. I bought the car new at this dealership too, so it just shows how much they don't care about their customers. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS DEALERSHIP FOR MAINTENANCE!!! More

Stealership. AVOID Village Nissan Worst Nissan Dealership ever. They are Scammers, on the day of pick my car up they force me to pay $500.00 to get the car or they would not release it Worst Nissan Dealership ever. After 5 year lease is done I wanted to buyout my car and out in the blue this dealership calls me and tells me that i have to pay $320 for late payment fee and was told there's no paper work. While all car payments was dealt with Nissan Canada in Mississauga, I end up calling Nissan Canada and was told Nissan Canada will debt from my account if its a late payment. Once I Finance the vehicle its all between me and Nissan Canada and the dealership shouldn't have anything to dealt with. I just want to warn everyone who is looking towards a Nissan do not buy from Village Nissan. 1 More
