Disappointed Recently bought a vehicle here but I'm disappointed in the salesperson's service. #1 she added a package to our bill of sale without us requesting i Recently bought a vehicle here but I'm disappointed in the salesperson's service. #1 she added a package to our bill of sale without us requesting it, when asked, she first told me "when you lease a vehicle you have to buy it", I then told her I just recently leased another vehicle and there is no such thing, she then asked where, told her it's another Nissan dealership and then rephrased it saying "people usually but it and it's recommended", the fact is we already bought the lease end protection package which is $1300+already and she added this one which covers way less. #2 we told her we have to have a different name on ownership the day after we signed the bill of sale, but when we pick up the vehicle almost a week later, she told us we had to pay for the fee from service Ontario for changing the name. And now they are not refunding the first license fee to us ,say saying they have to wait till Service Ontario refund to them first. More
