Amazing Salesperson, Horrible Sales Manager My husband and I recently purchased a new car from this dealership. Salesperson Daniel was super friendly, very patient with us even though we had ton My husband and I recently purchased a new car from this dealership. Salesperson Daniel was super friendly, very patient with us even though we had tons of questions (he even contacted us days after we've picked up our car to make sure everything's running smoothly). However, during pricing negotiation, we were introduced to Richard the sales manager. He kept on pushing us non-stop to sign the deal, pretending to offer us better deals by switching the numbers around. When we told him we needed more time to think about the purchase, he had the audacity to call us greedy and that we were wasting his time. We ended up buying the car only because Daniel kept on apologizing and let us speak with another manager. This is not the first car we've bought from this dealership, but this is definitely the worst experience ever. I don't know how a person treating his customers like crap can work as a Nissan sales manager. More

Since my Rouge still have 11 months before end of leasing, there is no rush to renew it. However because of the detail features comparison introduced by York, I decided to go there and have a try. Booking an appointment on Wednesday even though York was scheduled to be off that day, he did come back and show us all the new features and the additional safety functions of the 2019 Rouge. At the end he got us a great price that we cannot resist and we got a brand new vehicle. More
