Great bying experience We bought 2 Nissans from this dealership. In 2014 and in 2018. Newer had any problem with the people who work there, from sales to service - everyone We bought 2 Nissans from this dealership. In 2014 and in 2018. He is a good and friendly person. We worked with him and will come back to work with him again. More

'Customer is always right' rule is not practiced at Village Nissan. This was the second time I experienced unprofessional behavour from a Nissan dealership employee. Never again would I step my foot into anything Nissan. More

Amazing Salesperson, Horrible Sales Manager My husband and I recently purchased a new car from this dealership. Salesperson Daniel was super friendly, very patient with us even though we had ton My husband and I recently purchased a new car from this dealership. Salesperson Daniel was super friendly, very patient with us even though we had tons of questions (he even contacted us days after we've picked up our car to make sure everything's running smoothly). However, during pricing negotiation, we were introduced to Richard the sales manager. He kept on pushing us non-stop to sign the deal, pretending to offer us better deals by switching the numbers around. When we told him we needed more time to think about the purchase, he had the audacity to call us greedy and that we were wasting his time. We ended up buying the car only because Daniel kept on apologizing and let us speak with another manager. This is not the first car we've bought from this dealership, but this is definitely the worst experience ever. I don't know how a person treating his customers like crap can work as a Nissan sales manager. More
