This dealership deserves 0 stars. I had no intention to write a negative review, and I wanted to simply move past the bad experience here (all i wanted was my refund as promised). However, the way this dealership has handled this situation makes me feel that I need to warn others about their unethical practices. One of their sales staff, Hai, sold me a car with a fire safety issue that was not disclosed at time of sale. I had to search the VIN myself when I got home and then inform the dealership myself. The general manager Gavin, agreed that their staff dropped the ball and voided the contract the next day. GM Gavin told me that I would be refunded on Mar 31st for the full amount, however when that day came, they tried to give me the run around and told me it will take another week. The government actually has consumer laws against this as they allow individuals to charge a general interest rate of 5% per annum in order to stop shady merchants like Village Nissan from holding your money hostage and delaying your refunds. Over $32,000 CAD of my money was going to be held up by them, but thankfully I knew my rights and covered myself with documentation each visit. Funny how when I mentioned that I have everything in writing and signed and dated by the GM, they were able to cut me a cheque on the same day. (They only gave me 30 mins prior to close to pick it up, another common strategy to delay you). On top of this, they told me they processed the refund to my AMEX on Mar 31, 2026 and that it would take 3-5 business days for it to process. As of April 10, 2026 (way beyond 5 business days, even accounting for the long weekend), I have not received my refund. I called AMEX and they said there is no record of a refund being processed and advised I should just charge back my card. The General Manager, Gavin, has not even replied to my emails that were sent on Mar 31. They did not even have the courtesy to tell me that the payment would not be received on the day THEY promised, I had to chase them down multiple times throughout the day. I'm so tired of chasing them down just to get my money back. Bare in mind, THEY are the ones who provided the date for the refunds... Based on my experience above - I absolutely cannot recommend Village Nissan to anyone. BUYER BEWARE. More

She gave me plenty of time to carefully inspect the car in detail, down to every inch, without ever making me feel rushed. That made a big difference in helping me feel confident in my decision. She was also very open and responsive to all my questions, and I never felt any pressure to move forward. Her approach was calm, respectful, and genuinely supportive. Krystal worked with me around my budget and made a real effort to find a price point that worked for me. It felt like she was on my side throughout the process, which is not something I experienced at other dealerships. The management and finance team were also helpful, and I’m happy with the platinum package that was offered. It’s been about three weeks since my purchase, and I’m still very happy. Throughout the purchase process, delivery arrangements and final pick- up, Henry provided outstanding support. Based on Henry’s efforts, I would highly recommend him when considering a vehicle purchase at Village Nissan. I will definitely seek Henry out when I make my next Nissan purchase. Finally, I have found the service team at Village Nissan to be excellent. More
I bought my Nissan Rouge here at Village Nissan last Dec. 2022 with the agent Carly, first it was nice to have it. But while having the car there is a lot of problems on it, I install dashcam front and rear b 2022 with the agent Carly, first it was nice to have it. But while having the car there is a lot of problems on it, I install dashcam front and rear but everytime I come and do something for my car, they will always unplugged my dashcam and looks like they are hiding something. This is not my first car, and I already have my dashcam since 2yrs ago. I always go to different mechanic before, just to do some maintenance to my car since I bought used car, but they never ever unplugged my dashcam only at Village Nissan and it looks like they are hiding something and will give you more problems to your car, so they can earn more sales. This company is a big lie!!!!! Never recommend this Village Nissan!!!!! More
