I recently purchased my third vehicle from Village Nissan. In each case, I have found the dealership to be inviting, supportive and fair, especially with respect to trade-in allowance. For my most rec Nissan. In each case, I have found the dealership to be inviting, supportive and fair, especially with respect to trade-in allowance. For my most recent purchase, I was especially impressed with Henry Chan, my sales associate. Throughout the purchase process, delivery arrangements and final pick- up, Henry provided outstanding support. Based on Henry’s efforts, I would highly recommend him when considering a vehicle purchase at Village Nissan. I will definitely seek Henry out when I make my next Nissan purchase. Finally, I have found the service team at Village Nissan to be excellent. More
I bought my Nissan Rouge here at Village Nissan last Dec. 2022 with the agent Carly, first it was nice to have it. But while having the car there is a lot of problems on it, I install dashcam front and rear but everytime I come and do something for my car, they will always unplugged my dashcam and looks like they are hiding something. This is not my first car, and I already have my dashcam since 2yrs ago. I always go to different mechanic before, just to do some maintenance to my car since I bought used car, but they never ever unplugged my dashcam only at Village Nissan and it looks like they are hiding something and will give you more problems to your car, so they can earn more sales. This company is a big lie!!!!! Never recommend this Village Nissan!!!!! More

This dealership doesn’t even deserve a one star!! Back in December I was in urgent need of a new vehicle. I was only interested in purchasing A Nissan Quashquai that was IN STOCK . After calling six dealersh December I was in urgent need of a new vehicle. I was only interested in purchasing A Nissan Quashquai that was IN STOCK . After calling six dealerships, I spoke to Carly at this dealership who told me he had a white Quashquai ( my preferred colour) in Vancouver that he could get brought over to their dealership by beginning of January. On December 18 I went to meet him and his sales manager Andrew to negotiate a deal. It was obvious to them that I was very inexperienced about cars and I feel that they took advantage of that. First Andrew only offered me $500 for my trade-in saying it was scrap, knowing that wasn’t true I did raise it to $1700 but with great difficulty. Also I was very clear with Carly that I needed the vehicle no later than mid January and he reassured me that it was in Vancouver and it was simply a matter of having it driven over to Ontario. I also mentioned I wasn’t interested in any extras like rust proofing, extended warranties and he told me not to worry it was all included in the price of the vehicle . After over an hour of negotiating back-and-forth I was rushed into signing the contract without going over every single line with me step-by-step. Carly also said he would throw in winter mats. Well to my surprise on January 15 the vehicle still hadn’t arrived being told twice that it would be in “next week“. Finally the sales manager Ray called me back to tell me it was more likely the end of January that’s when I got suspicious. After asking him a series of questions and checking my contract I realized that I had made a BIG mistake working with this dealership.. not only did they add all the extras I told him I didn’t want, charging me for winter mats that Carly told me he was giving me for free, I found out that there was no car in Vancouver, in fact it wasn’t even built yet! Both Carly and Andrew lied to me about so many things and they didn’t even have courage to apologize to me. Andrew just kept making excuses and tried to offer me “solutions “ to keep my business. There is so much more that I don’t have time to share with you all, but I made it very clear to him that I had lost trust in his dealership, they lied about The existence of the vehicle I had purchased, they added things to my contract I specifically told him I didn’t want and that’s why I wanted my deposit back. I did get my full deposit back two weeks ago but not without Andrew continuing to pitch me till the last second. My mistake was that I was gullible and should’ve never signed a contract I didn’t fully understand. The great news is that a week later I bought a white Quashquai from Stouffville Nissan , saved over $8000 on the deal because they didn’t add any extras, gave me free winter Matt’s because they actually listen to me ! and best of all they offered me $2500 on my trade-in after putting it in a live auction! This small and welcoming dealership has an amazing GM and HONEST sales staff that truly care about building long term relationships with their customers. That being said , I give BIG 👎 to Village Nissan, shame on you for caring more about putting money in your pocket than building honest relationships with your customers. !! More
I am currently having a terrible experience with Nissan Canada and this location. I just bought a 2021 Nissan Murano Platinum AWD with 90kms on it (from this location). The transmission went at 954kms!!!! Canada and this location. I just bought a 2021 Nissan Murano Platinum AWD with 90kms on it (from this location). The transmission went at 954kms!!!! (Jan 4). I have been bounced back and forth from customer care to the dealership. And let me not even get started on the dealership. Village Nissan. Terrible service and do not want to take accountability for selling a faulty car (a lemon). They also charged me for winter mats on my bill of sale and I don't have those in the car. I only bought the car December 8 2021... Yeah and everything is a disaster already. I asked them to take the car back and they won't. I've escalated my concerns to their complaints office to complain about the staff (Specifically about the sales Manager, because of how rude and unhelpful he was. Didn't advise me what my next steps were to complain, did not offer me a rental for the time being. Kept shrugging his shoulders telling me there's nothing that he can do) and the fact that the car broke down. They keep pushing warranty on me as if that means something... everything comes with warranty and if my car broke down in less than 30 days they'd better fix it?? I am so confused on what that means. As if they had a car that broke down in less than 30 days they wouldn't be annoyed or upset and feel like the car is cheap. I've repeatedly told them that I do not feel safe driving the car seeing how something so extravagant that usually happens years down the line is breaking down. They don't care that I dont feel safe. They just repeat what I say as follows: "you don't feel safe in the car, so you say". This is honestly the worst customer serve I've ever received ever. especially on such a big purchase. I will never be buying from Nissan AGAIN!! More
