Really happy with Wesley's all-round great service I’m driving around with a big smile on my face in the used Hyundai Sante Fe that I just bought from Victoria Hyundai. To my great surprise, I even enjoyed the process of buying it, thanks to the great support from my sales person, Wes Lukuku. He took the time to understand my needs and perspective, and not once did he try to get me to look at something outside my budget. In the previous two days I had been to 8 other dealers, and had not felt comfortable with their approach. The after-sales service that Wes provided was also excellent. The car’s audio system was faulty, so Wes not only arranged to have a lovely new one installed at Hyundai’s expense, but also gave me a brand new car to use for the day while this was happening. Scary, but a great treat! He also arranged for me to get the maintenance records from the previous owner, which was very helpful for me. In general, I found the level of customer service at Victoria Hyundai to be far better than the other dealers I had visited. I was always attended to immediately on entering, and was treated like a respected and valued customer, even though my purchase was a relatively small one. I have already recommended Victoria Hyundai, and Wes in particular, to three of my friends who are thinking of upgrading their cars in the near future. More

He didn't try to over sell any of the cars I was looking at and I ended up purchasing a 2014 Hyundai Accent for a good price.The car had everything I was looking for and nothing more that I didn't need or wouldn't use. Overall the experience was excellent the best I have ever had with any car lot. I would definitely recommend them as a dealership as well as Rumon Knol personally. More

He made me feel very calm and secure with my purchase and seemed to know alot about my car. I would highly recommend asking for Andrew if you are serious about buying a new car. He will "do you proud". The rest of the team, Bruce, Indy, Jared, Jody and the very nice receptionist were also very helpful and actually made the normally stressful experience rather fun. You get want you want :).....and need :) There are a number of things that are on top of my list in regards to values when it comes to relationships. My number value is trust and it doesn’t matter whether it’s a family, friend, business, or work type relationship. Minutes after meeting Andrew, I knew that I can trust him because he’s an approachable, friendly and most importantly very easy to talk to type of person. He has the personality that can be friends with everyone. In my books, the sub-set to trust in a customer-service relationship is the ability of the person you are dealing with to capture your needs and satisfy them. Andrew was exceptional at this; he captured my needs in a vehicle and delivered it seamlessly. This next part was the icing on the cake. In every big purchase (i.e. car, house) in life, there are the ‘need’ and ‘want’ items on your list. It’s unfortunate that these 2 things are actually different because in most cases, I tend to go after the ‘want’ items instead of the ‘need’ items. I’ll make this note short and sweet; In dealing with Andrew in my purchasing my car, he also got me all the items on my ‘want’ list! :) On that note, I highly recommend Andrew! If you are considering in purchasing a new or used vehicle in the near future, ask for him directly at Victoria Hyundai. You will not be disappointed. Big Thanks to Andrew and his team! More

Everyone gets those misconceptions with regards to dealing with car salesmen; however all of those misconceptions went out the door when my wife and I met Jody. From minute one it was a no pressure conversation which was exactly what we were looking for. We talked about everything under the sun which made us feel comfortable and reassuring that he wasn't there just for our business. He gave us a great deal on an upgrade and we haven't looked back since. He still remains in contact with us just to see how things are going and to check up on our overall happiness with our vehicle. We are very lucky to have dealt with Jody. Give this guy a raise. More

Not your typical dealership After visiting a very pushy dealership, I was not in the mood to continue on in my first day on car lots. I am glad I made it to Victoria Hyundai. I w After visiting a very pushy dealership, I was not in the mood to continue on in my first day on car lots. I am glad I made it to Victoria Hyundai. I was not hounded the minute I stepped foot on the lot. Andrew approached me after I had had time to wonder around on my own and just started a normal conversation. I explained I really was just wanting to look at cars, sit in a few and take a few out for a spin. I hadn't had time to do much research and I really was just looking. He explained that he wasn't here to sell me a car but rather help me find the car that I wanted. He continued on to say that he wasn't a stereotypical car salesmen, I didn't have to believe him but he would leave that up for me to decide. Andrew is not your stereotypical car guy. I didn't feel like I was just some prize, the end goal that salespeople typically have - to sell you stuff no matter if you wanted/needed it or not. I felt like a person. A person who has a lot on the go with many other things to think about than just my old car dying on me. Everyone I dealt with at Victoria Hyundai got that. I also felt very respected. A daughter of a mechanic with a brother who is also a mechanic, I know more than most 20-something women about cars (at least my 20-something year old friends). I didn't want to be pushed over just because I look quite young and am female. While I did bring my fiance along, it was only for moral support and to give me that little reassurance since I hate change. This was very much my purchase, my car and I would do it my way. I was very pleased that no one treated me like a child or a clueless woman. No one talked to my fiance like I wasn't there. I went in wanting to test drive an Elantra. There was no muss, no fuss, no "you should also try this car out for size instead". I was shocked that in the car Andrew was explaining every feature - even the "super cool" sunglasses compartment - as cars I had previously taken out were not explained to me on the road, I had to ask. And even then the salesperson had no idea. My fiance was looking up details in the backseat from the company's website and giving me the information. Definitely not here at Victoria Hyundai. Andrew also performed a little skit reenactment to show off more features. I never felt pressured, even after talking things through with Andrew and Indy after the test drive. As salespeople, they obviously try to make a sale but, with a week left on a month-long special financing deal, they wanted to make sure I had all the information I needed before I left that day. Andrew asked if it would be alright to text me so I had his number should I have any questions in the following days. He didn't bug me every day after like the other dealership I had been to. He simply gave me a quick text a few days later to see if I had any questions. I was already planning on coming back in later that day. Andrew and Indy worked magic to find "my" car in blue after expressing my need to have either a blue or red car since I've driven white vehicles my whole life. I banged the gong and that was it! Bruce and Jared in the finance department were both easy going but very thorough in making sure I knew everything that was available to me. Again, I felt like I was treated like a person. And transferring my insurance over was super easy with the help from the insurance team. My car was ready not even two days after banging that gong and just the way I expected it to be. Andrew went over the features again with me and was available to answer any of my questions. I would highly recommend Andrew and the team at Victoria Hyundai to anyone. More
