The customer service sold me! I bought my first Hyundai used from a local used car lot, and although I loved the car, it came with problems. It was a rental previously, so had been I bought my first Hyundai used from a local used car lot, and although I loved the car, it came with problems. It was a rental previously, so had been used and abused, and not maintained properly. I worked with Steve in the service department to get everything up to date, and he definitely went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. The general attitude, extra follow up, and overall experience sold me on the dealership as one I would like to continue to do business with. When I recently realized the little Hyundai Accent I had was no longer cutting it for my growing family, Steve had me chat with Tristan about the possibility of moving up to an SUV. Tristan helped me make the decision on the right vehicle for my needs, and not necessarily what would have made the company the most money. It was a relaxed, no pressure sale experience. He made sure I drove everything I was interested in, weighed the pros and cons for my needs, and did not apply pressure when he knew I was also looking at other dealerships. My experiences at the other dealerships were typical "car salesman" experiences which left me stressed instead of excited about getting a new vehicle. I ended up going back to meet with Tristan and am now happily driving around in a new Santa Fe! More
