Arrived before my scheduled appointment and spoke to Sarah Sullivan, very friendly and represented the dealership in a professional manner. I very much like having the vehicle inspected for damages, before handing over the keys for service. Sarah gave me a time period in which the vehicle would be completed and she was right on. I also had a chance to speak to Stephen Munro, Dealer Principal who was very friendly and very approachable. Look forward to the Santa Fe's first oil change in December. More

First, we met Andrew about 5 minutes after arriving. He introduced himself while we were busy debating the different features we needed in a new car on the rooftop lot. Usually I dread meeting a sales person on a car lot. As I saw him approach us, I braced myself for the cheezy one liners followed by awkwardness for the rest of the visit. However, Andrew was much more genuine in his greeting and we immediately felt comfortable including him in our debate. He was a great help in narrowing down the search to our new car. After much discussion, we all agreed that the Hyundai Accent Hatch was the car for us. We sat down to talk numbers and met Indy, the sales manager. It was a unique experience. Not only because of meeting a sales manager so early (or at all) in the purchasing process, but also to meet one that cared enough to get to know us. Rather than send Andrew back and forth to negotiate our deal, Indy and Andrew both worked with us directly. Over two days Indy, with the help of our finance manager Bruce, put together an affordable option within our budget. Not so though at Victoria Hyundai, their staff specifically Tristan (salesman) Indy (salesman) and Bruce the numbers guy made our experience feel as though we were just a group of friends hanging out having fun talking about the days events. They shared their own personal experiences of themselves with us and had a sense of humor that can be matched with no other dealership. Their approach made us feel comfortable and at ease while getting all the necessary information we needed on the vehicle we wanted. Because of their magical work with the numbers we were able to get 2015 Ltd model Elantra at the price range we were comfortable with. We left with a car but both my wife and I left feeling like we had made some new friends and looked forward to doing business with them again. Hyundai Victoria should be the template for all other dealerships to follow. More
