Jody found the right car with the right colour on the mainland & Jared spent lots of time explaining all I needed to know about financing. Our salesman, Shawn, took us on our initial test drive & spend lots of time after the sale to explain everything about the car - even set up the options on the navigation & audio system. Jamie explained a lot of things to me about their dealership while I was waiting to see Jared. Don't remember the Insurance guys name, but he was awesome in answering my many questions about insurance options. Never felt rushed or pushed out the door, even though I was there way past closing time. Everyone is to be commended for a job well done & for making a happy customers out of my Wife & myself. Also should mention that Corey in the Service Department, has done a great job of looking after the servicing needs of our 2004 Sonata. More

Jody goes above and beyond to make sure you are getting exactly what you want/need, without the pressure that most dealerships have. Indy got my interest rate lowered by 5 points and got me payments I was comfortable with, even though we started $200 above my budget. Jared in finance was a pleasure to deal with and got me an amazing rate on an extended warranty. Jared gave me a follow up call a week after I purchased, and when I mentioned the only thing I didn't love was my windshield wipers, he got me a new pair right away. The atmosphere is relaxed, fun and accommodating; I highly recommend Victoria Hyundai to anyone and everyone! More

I admit that not being oversold at a car dealership is something new for me, I always dreaded buying a car because I felt I had to prepare for a long hauled battle. Not with Wes and Indy. The whole experience was seamless and positive, and there was no sales pitch. The whole interaction was... normal! Furthermore, Bruce in financing took extra time to explain everything and went above and beyond by educating us with the credit aspect of the sale, which no one had ever done with me before. Both Wes and Bruce stayed late, as the transaction brought us after hours, and I am grateful for all their attention to details. Even the insurance lady (whose name I forgot, so sorry) was amazing and the whole experience was fantastic! I know why so many friends recommended Victoria Hyundai! Kuddos everyone! More
