Right from the start Jody was very friendly and engaging. Jody insisted that we take the Santa Fe sport out for a test drive which we did. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised at the way the vehicle drove, the quality of the interior and long list of features. Jody crunched the numbers and gave us fair value for our trade in and the numbers worked for us. Bruce Blake then provided all the financing details and made paper shuffle go smoothly. Both Jody and Bruce were extremely personable. It was a pleasant experience dealing with both of them and we would not hesitate to send anyone shopping for a new vehicle to them. More

The only one in Victoria was a PX at the Hyundai garage. Mindful that it always feel that the second hand lot is a bit of a bind for the dealership I was not expecting great service. And yet, the team at Hyundai, provide great advice, great support and service with a heartfelt smile regardless. Never any pressure. Never any problem. We bought the car. But such was our experience with the team, and so impressed were we by the Hyundais we played with whilst at the show room, we decided to use their no nonsense exchange policy and upgrade a couple of weeks later to a brand new Santa Fe. Again, no problem, no issue, just friendliness, advice and superb after sales support. We are delighted with the car and equally delighted by the relationship with the dealership. These guys -especially Jody with great support from Blake - 'get it'. They care. Fundamentally they understand that buying a car - new or not - establishes a relationship with a client that could last a lifetime and needs to be respected as such. And how many dealerships can you say that about!?!? More

Jody found the right car with the right colour on the mainland & Jared spent lots of time explaining all I needed to know about financing. Our salesman, Shawn, took us on our initial test drive & spend lots of time after the sale to explain everything about the car - even set up the options on the navigation & audio system. Jamie explained a lot of things to me about their dealership while I was waiting to see Jared. Don't remember the Insurance guys name, but he was awesome in answering my many questions about insurance options. Never felt rushed or pushed out the door, even though I was there way past closing time. Everyone is to be commended for a job well done & for making a happy customers out of my Wife & myself. Also should mention that Corey in the Service Department, has done a great job of looking after the servicing needs of our 2004 Sonata. More
