Top Class Experience This was the first time I had bought a car by myself since I was 18. I was looking at a Genesis but decided to be sensible. I asked Andrew Hubbard, the sales man, what else he would recommend and he said the Veloster. I test drove an automatic then and there and loved it but wanted a standard. Andrew found me one in a couple of days during which time I had test driven a standard and loved it. Andrew was friendly, kind and just an all round super guy. I would recommend him to help you find a car every time. Jared, the finance man, was very nice and patient with me too. The all round experience was top class. More

Exceptional Experience Hi, Recently, I purchased my first vehicle from Jody at Victoria Hyundai. As a first time buyer, I was intimidated by all the conjecture I had har Hi, Recently, I purchased my first vehicle from Jody at Victoria Hyundai. As a first time buyer, I was intimidated by all the conjecture I had hard about buying a vehicle from a dealership and was aware of all of the pitfalls. First thing that Jody did when I came in was to ask me how I was, what I did for a living, and my hobbies. It seemed like we are just friends catching up so right away I was comfortable. We then starting talking about my car options and Jody went over what I might need, and what I might want while keeping in mind my budget. I was very aware of the specials Hyundai Canada were offering and Jody and his colleagues were more than happy to offer the same deals. Having visited the dealership a couple times within a week, I decided to shop around at different dealerships. That where I saw the pitfalls I was warned of. The whole time I was shopping around, I just came back to my level of comfort at Hyundai. A couple weeks later, I saw the Veloster was being factory cleared by Hyundai Canada and I contacted Jody. He had one left in the colour I wanted so I went down that day and we took it for a test drive. I did the paper work that evening. Upon coming back in the next morning, I met with Jared, the Financial Services Manager, to discuss financing and my options, I need to stress to anyone worried about being forced to buy warranty or anything like that, I did not experience that here. It is so straightforward without smoke screens. Overall, I have to say that my experience with everyone at the dealership was just fantastic. I am really happy with the car and would go back to these guys. I would recommend them to anyone who asked. Well done Victoria Hyundai, well done! Shane More

Eric was approachable, informative, and made us feel comfortable in the decision we ended up making. Working with Indy in determining price was easy. We always felt we were treated fairly and ended up with more than we thought we could get for a price we were comfortable paying. They are confident in their approach and determined to meet their customers needs, even letting us take a car home for the night to really get a good feel for it before making a purchase.
